Terms and Conditions apply
Terms and Conditions for Class Sign-Up
By booking a place on classes or clubs, you agree to the following:
1. No Cancellations or Refunds
All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes in personal circumstances. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
2. Illness or Absence
If your child is unable to attend a live session due to illness or other commitments, we are unable to offer a refund, credit, or make-up class.
3. Class Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel a session (e.g. due to tutor illness or technical difficulties), we will offer an alternative date for catch up sessions.
4. Behaviour and Participation
We expect all participants to behave respectfully. If a child’s behaviour disrupts the class, we reserve the right to remove them without refund.
Cameras should be on at the start of every session but can be turned off after that if they wish. However, the idea behind small group sessions is to create a collaborative environment where the groups can get to know each other so I encourage cameras to stay on. :o) Participants may use the chat function, unmute their microphones to speak or simply hold up their models to show what they have made.
