Japan

SUMMER TERM TOPIC: ‘JAPAN’

What you need:

⬜ Origami paper squares*. It helps if one side of your paper is is white and the other side a colour or pattern.

*Good quality origami paper makes models easier to fold, especially for more complicated designs. Check out the Story STEAM shop for Origami Paper kits.

✂️ We sometimes use scissors, glue and pens or pencils. See each week for any extra materials needed.

Extension Activity:
💡 Research each topic and make your own book all about Japan. Use your origami models to illustrate it.

💡 Write a story using your origami models. Take photos of your models to illustrate it.
